Heather supports learning program development and strategy at CCG. From analyzing and strategizing content to creating and facilitating engaging learning sessions, she contributes to the overall success of CCG’s learning initiatives and drives growth.

Heather joined the CCG Consulting Group in early 2023 as an Administrative Coordinator before transitioning to Learning and Development Specialist in the beginning of 2024. Prior to joining CCG Consulting Group, Heather was a Realtor and taught elementary and middle school. As a DC DiSC style, she is both a results driven and highly detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Heather earned both a B.A and M.Ed in Education and Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University.

She resides in the suburbs of Richmond, VA with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking, and biking.
