Hollie plays a vital role in keeping operations seamless for CCG and its clients by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. In addition to managing client communication, scheduling, and travel coordinator, Hollie contributes to the development of eLearning courses and other learning content.

Hollie joined CCG in March of 2025 as Learning and Development Coordinator. Prior to joining CCG, Hollie taught middle school English Language Arts and served as her school's Teacher Leader and RTI Coordinator.

Hollie earned her B.S. in Secondary English from Lincoln Memorial University and her M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from Carson Newman University. Hollie is a C DiSC style, and therefore strives for accuracy and efficiency.

Hollie and her family reside in East Tennessee where she enjoys spending time with her children and husband.
