Holly specializes in organizational strategy, change readiness, and leadership development at CCG. She partners with clients to accelerate growth, successfully integrate acquisitions, build and scale enterprise PMOs, and align people, processes, and structure with business strategy. Holly helps leaders and teams deliver results with clarity, accountability, and long-term impact.

Holly joined the CCG Consulting Group in early May of 2025 as an Organizational Development Consultant. She is a seasoned executive and consultant with 15+ years of experience leading enterprise-level M&A integration and business transformation across industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Technology, Construction, Real Estate, and Professional Services. She has held senior leadership roles spanning HR Strategy and Analytics, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Product Strategy, Product Marketing, Technology Implementations, and Business Development.

Holly lives in the DFW, Texas area with her husband and two children. She loves reading, going for walks, baking, and spending time with her family swimming, playing games, and watching sports (especially football).
