Lynne Gunn, Founder and CEO

Lynne is the founder of CCG Consulting Group, where she partners with organizations to build the leadership, talent, and organizational capabilities required to drive growth and successfully navigate change. For nearly 25 years, she has worked with publicly traded, private equity–backed, and nonprofit organizations across a wide range of industries.

She specializes in designing and delivering custom development solutions that strengthen individual and collective capability—helping leaders and teams perform at their best when it matters most. Her work spans leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness, with a strong focus on practical application, measurable impact, and sustainable behavior change.

Clients value Lynne’s hands-on, collaborative approach. She operates as an extension of the internal team—bringing strategic perspective while also doing what it takes to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality. Her programs have supported stronger team dynamics, more effective leaders, and cultures where people are equipped to do their best work.

Prior to founding CCG in 2017, Lynne spent 15 years in progressive leadership roles within Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Learning at Fortune 500 companies.

She holds a B.A. from Purdue University and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University. She is a certified DISC facilitator (Wiley and Triaxia), a certified facilitator of The Five Behaviors®, and is certified to deliver the Emotional Capital Report (ECR), ECR360, Lominger VOICES®, and PROFILOR 360 feedback tools.

Lynne lives in the suburbs of Atlanta with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and being outdoors.
